We have passed this restaurant for months. We decided to stop in. We ordered the usual Phad Thai with shrimp, Pineapple fried rice, and Red curry with shrimp. We added Chicken stir fry noodles and Fish cakes. Everything was wonderful. Authentic Thai, what a great find. Flavorful, spicy but not too hot. The fish cakes were the only thing we did not like but it is more like a processed patty not a crab cake. The cucumber sauce was excellent! If you enjoy Thai food, we felt we found a real restaurant.
After living here for years, and always marveling at this beautiful, classic building, I finally stepped in for a meal here. The restaurant is even more lovely inside. A kind, attentive staff greeted, seated, and was very helpful throughout our visit (being new to Thai food, i had a lot of questions that the waitress patiently answered!). Food was SO good, serving size was very generous, and I'll certainly be returning!
