They ruined a brand new pair of jeans I purchased and would not replace them. I took them there for a hem and they were cut 2 inches too short so they no longer fit me. The worst part was they were the last pair at the store and I loved them (was so excited about them). I found another pair online but the owner refused to purchase them because she would have had to pay full price when I purchased them at a discount (I was honest with her about the price I paid). It shouldn't have mattered. They ruined them so they should have replaced them, its as simple as that. They paid me what I paid for the pants but I can't replace them for the same cost so it doesn't matter. I will never do business here again. To top it all off the owner was very rude and condescending and cut me off every time I tried to talk. She kept my pants too (which was very odd).

I’ve been using Unique Cleaners for over 5 years now. They are by far the best cleaners. We have livedall over So Cal and have used many dry cleaners. Not only are they organic but they are also the best atremoving stains. My husband is a very messy eater. I can say they have removed 99% of all stains. Loveyou guys!
