I drop off a dress to be alter from the bottom and straps. When I received my dress the dress had a couple of snugs on it.. first of all the dress is new and was going to wear it this weekend for a sweet sixteen. The owner which was the older lady and her husband said it did not happened there... how could it not happen there if the dress was new. I told them apparently they were not careful with it when doing the alterations and it pull my stain dress (couple of strings hanging out from dress) they did not apologize and they continue to say it did not happened at their store. I ask for an apology and they did not want to give me a sincere apology. I ask for a discount and they say no at first but then said 10% . I told them I been coming to their cleaned by vallarta off Ave R for a year and always providing great service with my husband dry cleaners I told her I was not happy customer so I ended paying the full amount on the alteration. At that point I did not care about 10%. It was only the principal.

I came in a Thursday morning for a last minute steam of a quince dress and they had it ready for me the next day at around 4pm. Super sweet people they complimented on how beautiful my sisters dress was and did a great job steaming it!
