My dress had a hole near the back zipper. I was in such a panic because I was attending a dinner the same day. I called Timeless Cleaners to see by any chance I can get my dress fixed. The owner explained to me over the phone that they were pretty busy, but instruction me to bring the dress in anyway to see what he can do. He was able to fix my dress within 10 minutes. I was grateful for him, his professionalism, and fantastic work (wish I can remember his name).
